WHERE CAN I SHIP MY ORDER?
Orders can be shipped within the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii and to APO/FPO addresses (some restrictions apply).
UVPPE doesn't ship internationally, but ordering options are available in several other countries.
UVPPE doesn't ship to P.O. boxes, US territories (Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, Saipan, Midway Islands, American Samoa, and Federated States of Micronesia), international reshippers or businesses that forward packages to international addresses.
WHEN EXACTLY WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Every order with UVPPE is custom produced for the buyer. Each custom order will have unique details and each detail will affect production times. A delivery window will be provided to each customer once their order has been placed.
CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?
Yes. A shipping address can be changed during production. Once production is finalized, UVPPE will re-confirm all order details and addresses prior to shipment.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Since each order is unique to the customer, we cannot quote shipping costs prior to completed production. Once production is finished, we will offer multiple shipping options that will best fit you and your business needs.
